COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 8, 2010

 

Mule Day is fast approaching and we will greatly appreciate any help that anyone is willing to give. Last year the mayor and council discussed charging the vendors a flat fee instead of a percentage.

Last night at the council meeting the mayor and council decided that it will stay the same as in previous years with a percentage.

 

 There were four vacant seats on the Planning Commission Board. Mayor Mike appointed Jimmie Ann Chapman, Virginia Adams, Arthell Lewis and Brad Hannah.

 

The mayor presented a proposal from the fire department to obtain phone and internet service, tabled until additional information received.
